CMCS Students
Save the Environment

Carson Montessori Charter School is committed to environmental stewardship through a variety of hands-on projects that make a real impact. The school actively supports pollinator populations by building and maintaining bee hives, providing a safe haven for these essential creatures. In partnership with River Wranglers, students help raise trout and release them into local water sources, playing a direct role in preserving the health of the waterways. In addition to these efforts, the school emphasizes sustainability through water conservation practices and hydroponic gardening, teaching students the importance of resource-efficient farming techniques. These projects not only help protect the environment but also engage students in meaningful, real-world solutions to the challenges our planet faces.
